Aiyl Bank OJSC has been renamed to ABank OJSC

For over 30 years, the bank has grown alongside Kyrgyzstan, supporting regional communities, promoting agricultural development, and providing financial assistance to entrepreneurs and families across the country. During this time, the bank has been introducing new technologies, expanding opportunities for customers, and improving its services.

The new name reflects the bank’s modern image and aligns with the goals of brand unification and increased brand recognition. The bank’s core values—reliability, responsibility, and customer focus—remain unchanged.

The bank’s official name:

• in Kyrgyz — «АБанк» Ачык акционердик коому;
• in Russian — Открытое акционерное общество «АБанк».

The name change does not affect the bank’s operations or its obligations to customers and partners. All details, including the TIN, legal address, and bank accounts, remain the same. Previously concluded agreements remain in effect; no reissuance of documents or powers of attorney is required. The renaming is a natural continuation of the bank’s development path in recent years. Technologies are changing, solutions are improving, yet the customer remains at the center of all the bank’s work.
